Our monthly token limits are soft thresholds (fair-use caps) designed to protect our licensing keys from abuse, not hard cuts. We will never terminate your coding session in the middle of a project.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can manage your licensing keys and cancel subscriptions directly inside your Dodo Payments billing portal with a single click. Access is maintained until period expiration.
Is there a refund policy?
We support a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Pithos fails to reduce your AI API expenses during your first two weeks, contact support for a full refund.
How does Team seat allocation work?
Team plan managers buy blocks of seats. Every developer gets a license key. Shared configurations can be distributed automatically to maintain consistency.
Do you charge extra for tokens saved?
No. We believe in predictable billing. You pay a flat rate subscription monthly regardless of whether you optimize 1M or 1B tokens.
How do I activate my license key?
After purchasing, open your VS Code settings or the Pithos extension side panel. Click the gear icon to open Pithos Configuration (Settings UI), paste your key into the "License Key" input field under the "License & Integration" card, and click the "Activate" button. Your status badge will instantly update to Pro or Team.
